Grade 5 is doing about debiting now and our unit of inquiry is about peace
and conflict. I wrote about rain forest and whaling.

The neurologists say it is bad for the environment to burn down the Amazon
for cattle ranches. Now there is a rain forest that got burn 80% for
cattle ranches. If we kill more trees in the future the oxygen might be
low. There is still animal that is not found, but if people still burn the
amazons that specie might be extinct.
The ranchers say that people want more beef because it taste good, we can
make more ranches because there is still a lot for rain forest in the
world.

The sea shepherd (the organization that attack the Japanese whaling) says
that Japanese whaling is bad because Japanese only whale the endangered
whales and they are taking too much for those whales.

Japanese whalers say we are not doing things that are legal and this is
for the world it is for research, so the sea shepherd are wrong we are
right.
