Science Team

Dear Science Team,

I just wanted to start our work together reminding everyone what we discussed during out first full Inquiry Team meeting.

We need to be sure that we are at all times being responsible, doing what we need to be doing (not what we want to be doing!), and doing it the very best that we can.
That's about it .. let's stay focused, positive, and productive.
Talk soon,

Mr.T

PS: Remember to title and tag your blog posts, ok?

We chose the groups ourselves, but we had to choose people that we would
not mess about with.

If I make a decision as a individual it will effect our group because it
is small. My decision will have a big impact on the group. For example, if
I say we should do parents but another peson says I think we should do
teachers none of them would work because we don't agree on it. We agreed
on a 1st and 2nd choice and we got 2nd choice We will try not to argue,
but to discuss things in a good way.

Culture

When I think of culture, I think of many things: customs, religions but
also what people watch on TV, what sort of music they listen to andwhat sports they like to play.
Culture has many meanings.

In the case of decisions of individuals affecting society you can see this
in religions like Jesus of Nazareth beginning Christianity or Muhammed
beginning Islam. Again with religions, you can see how religious societies then affected
individuals like the Crusaders did in the Middle Ages.

I think that there is a lot to discuss when you think about the different
religions in the world.

Government inquiry initial idea

Government inquiry initial idea ((tag: Government))
My first choice was pop culture and Government was my second. I think
Government can be good team because, it is very challenging to inquire
about main part of society. I believe that my team can make best team
work if we work really hard with out distractions. I hope I will
concentrate on what I am doing or else, I would not be successful and my
future will be so dark. Also, since my grandfather was a lawyer, I would
prefer to inquire about laws and presidents.

We can explore it by looking at how people live and what they do for the
living. We can also compare cultures to see the similarities and
differences.
How we should explore is we could go on field trips to traditional
Japanese villages to see how they work and how they live. We can also
research the cultures of different countries.

I got interested in the rules, so the rules were made by human and
individuals have to follow that rules.

But I wonder why do we need a lot of rules.

I believe that in ancient times, those who lived in small, undeveloped
communities, such us cave men, did not need rules so much. As time went by and humans evoled, human population increased and human
civilization developed.
As a result, human society became larger and more complex, so rules became
necessary to organize the systems society.
